A decent stay overall

the location ROCKED, its closeness to many attractions made sightseeing very easy! I enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks offered during the day, a NICE touch I think. Staff members, they were very friendly and always ready to help, which I appreciated.
The noise from outside was VERY loud. It made it difficult to sleep SO I had to use earplugs. Breakfast was not the BEST i've had. Some items like bacon were too hard and eggs were only warm.

The breakfast had a GOOD variety.
The receptionist was not available upon our late arrival. This was frustrating. I could hear a constant noise of running water inside the walls of the room ALL night. Breakfast included VERY hard bacon, I could not eat it.

the room was lovely. it had a four poster bed, so romantic! the room was cleaned daily and the air conditioning kept it at a comfortable temperature. the breakfast was excellent.
i stayed for four nights. i arrived late and nobody was at reception. another couple had been waiting already. the sound of running water inside the walls was constant all night long. i had to use two pillows to sleep.

the location proved convenient allowing easy access to nearby attractions.
the breakfast left something to be desired the bacon seemed perpetually rock hard the scrambled eggs were lukewarm also the coffee machine worked sporadically it was frustrating. i found the constant sound of running water within the walls quite disturbing i had trouble sleeping because of this incessant noise. it seemed like a plumbing nightmare.

the welcome note and free wine? amazing! they also gave me free water when i checked out. the sauna was so great after i walked all day long. and the reception staff? super friendly! the breakfast team members were excellent and helped everyone too.
i wish the hotel fixed this.

the location is great; it is about fifteen minutes walk from the airport bus drop off. everywhere in the city is less than forty minutes by foot. bus, tram, and metro access is easy too.

i got a free wi-fi signal that was really fast and reliable, which is very good. you even get snacks left out during the day for guests! chocolate snacks and mulled wine in the evening are a plus.

the phonecall to check if everything was ok with my room was a nice touch. the staff was super friendly, and their customer service was fabulous. the welcome mini processo was an excellent surprise as well!

The location is central. Attractions are CLOSE. Breakfast had ample choice. It was HIGH quality. Staff members were lovely. They were helpful.
